Shipping policy
We deliver Friday to Monday. Order before 3pm on a delivery day for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm, or on a non-delivery day, will be scheduled for our next available delivery day.
Local Delivery
Swades Foods delivers to selected Brisbane postcodes from our Aspley and Springfield stores, Friday through Monday.
We are working with delivery partners to expand our Brisbane delivery radius and make local delivery available to more suburbs. Coverage may change as additional postcodes become serviceable.
To check whether we currently deliver to your address and view the applicable delivery fee, enter your postcode at checkout. The available delivery options will appear automatically.
Delivery Days & Cut-off
We deliver Friday to Monday. Place your order before 3pm on an available delivery day for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm, or on a non-delivery day, will be scheduled for our next available delivery day.
Delivery Window
Deliveries are generally scheduled to arrive between 6pm and 9pm on your selected delivery day. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, order volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and nearest fulfilling store.
- Free delivery on orders over $149
- A minimum order value of $10 applies to all delivery orders.
Authority to Leave
If you would like your order left unattended, please include clear authority-to-leave (ATL) instructions in the order notes at checkout. Please nominate a safe, accessible and sheltered location, particularly for grocery, refrigerated and frozen products.
By providing ATL, you authorise us to leave the order at the nominated location. If no ATL instructions are provided and nobody is available to receive the delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you using the telephone number supplied with your order. If the order cannot be left safely, we will contact you regarding the next steps.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available free of charge at our Aspley and Springfield stores. Orders are typically ready within 2 hours of being placed. A minimum order value of $10 applies to pickup orders.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Collection is available until 8pm daily during the applicable store’s opening hours. Please wait for your ready-for-collection notification before travelling to the store.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send an order update by email. Where tracking is available, the email will include the relevant tracking information.
